Free 20 minute initial consultation offered for all programs

Program #1: 12 weeks individual coaching
- 1:1 coaching for 12 sessions.
- First session lasts 60-90 minutes
- 11 sessions; 45-50 minutes each
- Communication throughout the week via email or text
- For the self-care newbie who is seeking to establish a solid foundation that is sustainable and enjoyable.
Program #2: 6 weeks individual coaching
- 1:1 coaching for 6 sessions.
- First session lasts 60-90 minutes
- 5 sessions; 45-50 minutes each
- Communication throughout the week via email or text
- For the person who is comfortable with and disciplined in self care practice but is seeking narrowed focus in a specific area.
Program #3: Group coaching (2-20 people) for 6 weeks.
- Ideal for units, departments, or friends with shared goals and outcomes.
- First session lasts 60-90 minutes
- 5 sessions; 45-50 minutes
